Check in was great. We had ZERO shampoo in our shower. Very poor cleaning service. When we came in at 10:50 pm the check in lady was talking VERY loud and laughing on her phone. Very unprofessional. The room smelt like mildew!

The young lady at the counter was great, I checked into my room and my window shade was broken, I tried calling down to the front desk the phone was constantly busy, so I had to go down to the front desk, they moved me to a room next door and that room had a hole in the ceiling, the tub did not drain well and there was so many scuff marks on the wall it looked dirty. There was a leak or something in the elevator someone later put a wet floor sign down and when I check out of my room on Sunday my rental car had a flat tire (don’t think that was the hotels fault)
