Check-in staff just talked to each other. Barely acknowledged me. I am a Titanium member of Marriott and because this particular stay was not booked through them, the check-in person was dismissive when I asked about perks. She just said I would receive some bonus points and that’s it, which is fine, but I never received anything. I know Marriott has rules, but at least give people respect.
