All of these activities are available when you walk out the door of this newly-renovated and attractively-appointed villa located in The Greens.

This two-story villa in the secluded Greens is built for comfortable living. Upstairs is the master bedroom (with walk-in closet, king-sized bed with brand new mattress set, and TV/DVD) and the guest bedroom with twin sized beds and two double closets. Both have their own full bathrooms. Full-sized washer/dryer conveniently located upstairs. ***Library of great beach reads as well!***

The downstairs boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, breakfast area, and adjacent one-half bath. The living area is complete with a large dining space and a full and comfortable living area with stereo with remote, TV, DVD and DVD library! The side-by-side double glass doorways open onto a deck that offers a scenic view of the seventh fairway at the Shipyard Golf Course.

This is a very nice villa in a great location within the Shipyard Plantation. It is comfortable and very well equipped. Communication with the owners was outstanding with detailed instructions provided. The owners also provided use of bikes and a gas grill, extras that we enjoyed and don't often find. Afternoons tended to get quite warm inside the villa during our March stay. We couldn't figure out how to turn the air on and in retrospect should have asked the owners so that's on us. Overall just a wonderful stay in paradise.

The location was great for our family and we truly appreciated the bikes, each chairs etc. The was a minor plumbing problem and the owner was very responsive and it was repaired quickly. Thanks for the fun vacation location.

Great location for a getaway!

The hosts, Pat and Steve are great communicators! This space is close to the pool and beach! The beach lockers are a great help. Pack your own non-stick pan or grab some at TJ MAXX as the cookware is seriously subpar and the pantry in the picture is not a pantry, but a broom closet. Aside from that, this place will have everything you’ll need for a great stay! The AC in this unit is exceptional for Caroline weather using a Google Nest. The patio furniture and grill are great. Overall, a great stay was had!

Great condo and Perfect location

A super clean and well stocked condo. The location to the pool and beach was great. Great place to ride bikes and so nice that bikes are there for your use as was beach chairs. Hope the condo is available when we visit Hilton Head again!

Great Vacation at The Greens - Shipyard
