The property is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. The beach access is a concrete sidewalk beside the house about a block walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful and the home inside is well taken care of. The kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and owner should consider upgrading them, but the home itself is well taken care of. We enjoyed our week there. I would recommend if you go in August to be sure and take bug spray as the walk to the beach is tropical and mosquitos are everywhere.

Family HHI Trip

The location of the house is excellent. The layout is great but there are so many issues with the condition I wouldn't stay again. To say the house needs an update is a huge understatement - most are minor repairs that could be made quickly but some - like boards on the deck rotting could be a safety issue and are the bathroom ceilings just in need of paint or is there mold coming through. The kitchen is ill equipped except for the most basic cooking - no chef's knife just a dull paring knife and old pans that need to be replaced. The entire unit needs to be repainted. It is a shame because it could be an excellent house but it is going to take some work.

Great stay!!

We had a wonderful family vacation! The only issue was, there was no blender, and we really wanted to make our own drinks! My bottom, part of the blender was there, but there was no top part anywhere!

Great location

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach, Salty Dog, pool, and Tennis/Pickle ball courts. As noted in prior reviews the house is needing a little TLC but was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Great beach getaway

Great location place needs work

Location and beach access were great. Upon arrival there were toenails on the bathroom floor. Hot water was in incredibly short supply and one of the twin beds was being held up by a book. There is also a dead spider in the frame of one of the art pieces in the living room. Experience with the management agency was great and we very much appreciated being mailed all of the information beforehand.

Great location, house needs work

The house has a great location, but is older and had some issues. Could use updates and a deep cleaning. Pet hair on couch, marks on walls, toilets had water rings, no hair dryer or any beach towels, limited hot water. The price was great for the location, and in Sea Pines you get what you pay for, so overall it was fine for our group. I’d recommend it, but be aware of the flaws.

Great location

The house was perfect for our group. We enjoyed getting to include the grand dog too. Close to the beach in a very safe neighborhood. The house does need a little paint and maybe some new mattresses but overall it was a great place to stay. We would visit again

The meaning of paying for comfortable and clean place overpriced!!!!!!

While the location was great with several things broken I could never get the window in my room to lock I did not feel safe and comfortable. Part of being comfortable to me is a place that is clean and looks clean and is safe and secure. Nightime issues while there I think it was overpriced and no price for the discomfort
