Great location - Beach is great, fun tiki bar with great band and drinks. Walkable to shops. Restaurant on site was good - very pleasant friendly staff. Nice pool area. Easy parking. Room dated. Dark, very little lighting. Not many plugs. Small beds. Very small bathroom with sink in toilet/ shower area. Bathroom tub didn’t drain, toilet ran and had to jiggle handle in the night. We weren’t in room much so it was ok . But we were disappointed with room . Didn’t feel super clean either. But location was great for the beach and shops. That might make us stay there again, but rooms need updates for sure.

The food at the Tiki bar was ok, nothing great. The room was out of date and there were hairs on the bed and woven into the towels. Gross! The bathroom was dingy. The pool area was nice. The beach access is the best thing about this hotel. Parking was not good as spaces were limited. Front desk very nice. Check in and checkout were easy.

The property is in a great location. The beach is big and there is a Tiki bar on the beach part of the complex. The ice machine on our floor was very loud. Also there is a $35/day resort fee.loud.complex

It was old, the toilet didn’t work & towel issues

I don’t recommend this hotel. We had towels with stains on them, a dirty hotel room floor, a room whose toilet didn’t work, it was too hot and everything was really old. The door barely shut.

Perfect vacation spot

This was my second time staying here, and I loved it just as much as the first time. Great location. Great service. I love that the rooms have comfortable beds, no carpet, and tons of USB ports and electric outlets. We enjoyed the pool and the beach every day. The Tiki Hut is the BEST. Service there is fast and friendly. We will come back again and again!

We were happy with our stay at the Beach House! Both The Tiki Hut & The Porch are great dining options. The pool was relaxing. Right on the beach. Live music til 10pm nightly at The Tiki Hut. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

The location was fantastic, the rooms are right off the beach. I liked there was too restaurants, the Pool side restaurant and the Tiki Hut, however, the pool side restaurant was only open the first evening we were there (Wednesday) and was only open for brunch the rest of the time. I reserved three double rooms and was given two doubles and a king room. I tried to resolve this issue but given the language barrier with the staff I was unable to do so. I also asked them to hold the room key and parking pass at the front desk so my sister could pick it up when she arrived, after she got there, the staff memeber tried to charge her $119. I went to her and explained I had already paid for everything earlier with the previous employee but she insisted we pay the amount. I told her no and she said it was only $39. I don’t know how the amount changed. She also charged me for a cot for each night, even though I had booked a double and confirmed that with my confirmation email. The rooms are dated. But housekeeping did a fine job with keeping them clean. If paint, drywall patching, cracks, rust don’t bother you, you’ll be fine. We won’t stay again given the confusion with the one staff member and being overcharged with the cot that I felt should’ve been comped. If the resort would fix that issue I think the other things would’ve felt like minor inconveniences.
