Given the designation of “Resort”, I expected a higher standard of maintenance. The “ocean view” room offers a view of the tiki bar and restaurant. However, the beach is beautiful and the sunrise is truly amazing. Overall, the establishment is average at best.

Mold in the rooms and bathrooms. You can hear everyone in the hallways- there is no sound barrier. They have focused on the remodeling pool and tiki hut area which was so cool and amazing! Good live music. However, the rooms are lacking and need to be updated themselves. Besides the rooms, it was overall a great place to stay. Will be back once the rooms are redone!

We love the location of the beach house and the staff is very friendly however their hallways and room could use an upgrade . That being said it still is our go to hotel for Hilton Head ! You just can’t beat the location !
