Very clean room. Pleasant area and close to many interesting sites including the zoo.

clean, friendly staff, parking can get filled up at night but there are 2 sides to choose from

Bed sheets had significant sized, yellow-tinted, dried stains. The replacement sheets provided by staff also had various stains as well. Bathtub/shower floor was visibly brown in most areas. It provokes the thought of what else is not cleaned appropriately, or at all, in the room.

Wonderful location just a couple of blocks from the State Street action. The lovely grounds and cottagelike ambiance made this the perfect place to stay for a few nights on our first visit to Santa Barbara.

Great stay will be coming back to this space. Loved how close it is to the downtown strip.
