Came here for two nights in January with the wife and newborn. Great location (half block from State street), reasonably priced, friendly staff, and clean room. Also offer free day passes to a fitness center a few blocks away. Would stay here again!

Disappointing

Expected much more for the price - almost $300. Room was small, amenities were minimal and seemed to be cost+cutting. No amenities in lobby unlike other Hilton affiliates. Felt below a Holiday Inn Express (which it once was). Shower was weak and drain made clanking noise, and guests above stomped loudly. Staff were nice and location good but we will not stay here again, even at lower cost.

I have stayed in several areas in SB but this time I wanted to experience the walkable downtown area. The location of the hotel is great-Comfortable bed but the heater was very loud. The front desk manager was not pleasant AT ALL. She seemed to be bothered and wasn’t very nice.

Good location but basic hotel

It was fine. The hotel is a bit dilapidated. We were on the ground floor and could hear the bathrooms on either side of us constantly. Every flush. Good location. Amenities are minimal.
