Parking wasn't bad across the street but staff wouldn't help with guidance on lot locations. Would only refer to scan code. Heat did not work in the room. Staff couldn't get response from manager to fix it. She was great and accommodated us with a different room. Bathrooms are very small.

Parking was slightly challenging but only slightly. Rooms were clean and updated. Loved having the coffee shop in the lobby although lines can be long because it's on a college campus. Downtown Holland is eruption walking distance. Would stay again.
