Front desk personnel were very friendly, informative and professional. Parking was not a problem despite it being Hope College graduation and Tulip Time Festival. Rooms were clean, enough towels for all 4 of us, water pressure good and hot. Beds were comfortable.

The Haworth is part of the Hope College campus, and the coffee shop is a regular stop for students. Our stay was pleasant, the beds comfortable. It is an easy walk downtown. For visiting the college, it’s an easy choice.

It was good overall, very nice and clean room. But when we tried to access Netflix via casting and it wouldn’t work, the front desk staff wouldn’t help. The tv kept saying I had to enter a pin and the desk staff just said “you don’t need to do that” but couldn’t access any type of casting without it so they were not helpful or even tried to be helpful.
