Not so much the hotel but the area was a bit sketchy & sadly so many people without homes doing drugs on the street. The hotel after staying for 3 days charged us $75 USD (LIKE $100 CDN) for an extra 6 hours past check out.🙄 The hotel breakfast is pretty decent.

Shuttle was easy. Staff was excellent. Comfortable and slept well. It was nice to be able to leave all our luggage 'stored' at the hotel while we went to the Pearl Harbor Memorial.

Good for a long overnight layover. Staff was polite and room was clean. Only issue I had was the number to the shuttle didn’t answer both times I called, around 11pm. The website said it ran until around 12:45/1am so I ended up having to uber the quarter mile. Other than that, no complaints. :)

The hotel placed weird unexplained charges on my credit card after I checked out and did NOT email a receipt to me or provide a hard copy of the receipt. The A/C unit inside the room was really really loud. It was so noisy earlpugs and noise cancelation headphones could not improve the noise level. It made sleeping impossible.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 40 years. I am treated like family by the front desk staff and always accommodated with my requests, to the best of their ability. There have been many changes over the years but the service is always pretty good. This trip I had to change rooms because the older wall airconditioner was noisy and then quit. They are probably a weak point of the hotel. One issue with the hotel is the higher numbered rooms are pretty close to the freeway overpass and they are noisy, from the traffic, especially the motorcycles. The restuarant now serves breakfast as a buffet or takeout orders only from the menu. I'm not a fan of this and the buffet is expensive, coming out to over $30.00 a person. When asked if I could order oatmeal off the menu, I was told it was only takeout. Dinner menu and the food is actually pretty good, but still pricy. Not many other options close by except L and L and Pizza's from the strip mall behind the hotel. I like L and L so I'm ok with it. Parking is expensive and the resort fee doesn't really give you much except wifi. The property is old school and now a Wyndham property. The lobby store has a pretty good selection and open long hours. The bar has some good choices. Sometimes the music is way too loud so you might have to express your request to lower the volume. Beds are a little hard, but I normally get a pretty good night's sleep, if I get the room temperature just right. Staff is great.

Make breakfast earlier, please. I like the security elevators, but wish the pool water was warm at 3:30 p.m. since it was too cold to enjoy. A jacuzzi would also be great! We loved the shuttle from and to the Airport. Staff was friendly, however we were charged for a breakfast that was later than we expected, since we had to leave at 5 a.m. for our flight. Thank you for the quiet and clean room. Best wishes!
