Okay Stay

This place was okay. Convenient if you want to stay close to airport for business purposes. They said I chose to pay for parking when I booked online but I don’t recall doing so as I Lyft it. On check in, they wouldn’t remove it bc they said I booked it on Hotels.com. That is silly to me. I’m sure they can take it off but just another scheme to just charge you more.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport and Pearl Harbor. There aren’t many restaurants near by but the hotel has a restaurant which is decent. The decor and furnishing were old and run down. The firm coil mattress had no padding on top and was thus a bit uncomfortable. The in wall AC unit was quite loud, so I slept in my noise cancelling earbuds.

Not great experience

This is an overnight stay due to flight schedules. There’s a shuttle bus and check in was quick. However while in the shower, I found out the body wash was empty. The whole point of an airport hotel is a place to shower and sleep in transit. The room is old and dated and yes the AC is loud but I just turned it off. Overall, poor value for experience. They also charge a resort/ amenities fee. Come on, raise the rates if you want more money. Nobody’s at an airport hotel for amenities!!

What a night!

The front desk staff were very friendly and professional even with the large number of people they dealt with that night. The woman in the shop was very helpful and any staff member I saw greeted me.

The room was clean but in need of an upgrade as was the whole hotel. It’s time for a facelift. The mattress was mediocre at best. To grab a quick nights sleep it was adequate. The $25 amenities fee is absurd! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The little gift shop was exceptional stocked with everything you may have forgotten and many fun items to take home!
