Shuttle was out of service but we were reimbursed for taxi and hotel provided Lyft to return to airport. Room was extremely noisy. Air conditioning units in our room and in next door rooms were loud! All staff encounters were good.

Had a great time staying here. Everything went smooth and staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing needed to improve was room service. Didn’t get a chance to clean my room while I was away for the whole day. However, when I got back to my room for a break they knocked for cleaning time. Had to request for service twice. Overall everything else was fine. Thanks for a good stay.

Room was only cleaned once in our 8 day stay. Had to catch the cleaning lady twice to exchange towels and 3 times to dump trash. Location was close to airport, so convenient to memorials and Honolulu/Waikiki. Parking was in a secure lot on premises. Buffet breakfast was good, just a little pricey. Overall good stay.

I selected to stay at the airport hotel for its proximity to the airport and listed shuttle bus service. Very disappointed to discover that the shuttle only runs once per hour. Shuttle should be frequent for a hotel branded as "airport hotel".

The hotel is an older property but overall it is maintained in a reasonable fashion. It's main attraction is it is next to the airport and accessible however they no longer run an airport shuttle and haven't for several months even though it still says they do on Expedia. You have to take a taxi and the hotel will reimburse you and also pay for an Uber to get you to the airport. They will only do this on the hour. It is relatively expensive for the small and very dated rooms and they charge $42 to park and a resort fee of $25 to provide the things that are free at other hotels such as WIFI. Note, this is not a resort hotel. The restaurant is good, the staff cheerful, and the pool is nice. The rooms are old and musty but the WORST part is the beds are incredibly hard and uncomfortable. I have been on the road for much of the last 45 years and their mattresses feel like Motel 6 mattresses from the 1980's. A person could put up or justify the other negatives for a decent nights sleep but you will not get a decent nights sleep at this hotel. Don't stay here if you don't have to, unfortunately we had to due to our plane being late and missing connections. Over the last 20 years I have stayed here periodically for logistic reasons and I dread it. Unfortunately the only hotels close to the airport is this one and the Best Western next to it, owned by the same company.

Staff greeted us with hello and “when are you checking out?” Repeatedly — makes one feel less than welcome. No inviting place to sit and talk over coffee; the restaurant would only allow seating IF you purchased the big buffet (we just wanted coffee ), and the pool area was locked until after 9am. Really, nowhere to relax. Lobby was hectic. So, not a great spot, though clean and otherwise comfortable. at 7am)
