Based off the reviews, we were worried of the bad things people were saying. We worried about the homeless people issues, of the smell that had been reported but we were very please to see our room was extremely clean and we saw about two homeless people there. The neighborhood is decent, there’s a 7/11 on the same block which is very very convenient. Our room was bigger than expected, no one ever used the pool so we had it to ourselves. Staff were friendly and nice. I was so scared of being disappointed by this hotel but it outdid my expectations. It’s also provided a great view of the ocean and sunsets. (Not just the pier) it is about 13 min to Waikiki which is not bad since we had a car and spent most of the time trying to conquer every part of the island, not just Waikiki. Overall I would book this hotel again and def recommend it to my friends.

Nice hotel, lots of work to do when you get there. Different cards, key codes and fobs to get from the parking to your room. Bed needs to be replaced way to soft, you sink. Overall stay is great

The negative was that we had selected a king bedroom and it was a queen bed. We normally don’t sleep together so that was tight. It was so late in the evening though that we just dealt with it. It was reasonably clean and had a lot of space to it. We did not visit the pool.

Unwanted insects in the room. Was not what we expected. $45 nightly charge for parking which was not stated before booking. Elevator broke leading to walking up to the 21st floor. We could have done better for what we paid.

Room very clean and staff was super accommodating. Our flight didn’t leave till 8, so a much later checkout would have been great as it was hot and I needed a shower. I used the pool shower which was disgusting. Otherwise overall I would give 9/10

Poor stay

The beds need to be replaced. They both were very lumpy. The jets in the tub did not work. There was no shower gel. Big spots in the carpet. Not a comfortable stay at all.
