TV needed service twice, then had to switch rooms altogether. I am 55 yrs old, and was moved to the 10th floor...so i moved all my things by myself. The biggest problem was they only had one elevator in service during my entire stay!! Had i been aware this was the case, i never would've booked a room. Manager was very rude and unsympathetic to my many issues. I will never stay at the Aqua Aloha again!! I spent 20 minutes to get up and down the elevator each way...wasting valuable time i should've been enjoying in Hawaii vs. on an elevator!!! Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible! Elevator was out of service, tv didn't work and had staff come try to fix it 2 days in a row. Then i had to switch rooms to the 10th floor. I'm 55 y.o. so it WASN'T EASY. ASKEDfor suggestions on what to do excursion wise... they had nothing to say!!
