This property is a good stop over close to the airport. I would not recommend for a family vacation. It is in need of an reno. The registration process was easy and staff were great. There is a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. It would help if on the booking there was instruction as to how to contact the shuttle for pick up.

Our room was in 11th floor, we had a nice view f the mountains and freeway, however the air conditioner was so loud and so annoying, very hard to sleep. Bathroom has no air exhaust, the place needs renovation. Breakfast was ok. Staff are great!

Outstanding hotel breakfast!

Pro: Probably the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had! I was so surprised by the variety of breakfast choices there, I initially thought it was one of the hotel restaurants that you have to pay extra to eat at. The room was clean, but dated. But clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Con: The traffic noise is really bad, with the hotel literally standing next to the freeway. We opened our curtains to see a few of 6 lanes of traffic zooming past the window. It was also really hard to find the entrance because Google maps kept directing me to drive on the freeway and just walk across the freeway to get in. Haha. Not the fault of the hotel but it was extremely frustrating to find our way in. At any rate, it’s hard to find an affordable hotel anywhere on Oahu, so this one fit the budget for us. The generous hotel breakfast mostly made up for the traffic noise.

Fair to midland.

Checking in was easy, but there was no assistance with bags, which made getting everything to the room a bit of a struggle. The room was clean, though the bathroom was small. It had two double beds—more than needed for just one person. One bed was uncomfortable, so I switched to the other at midnight, which was better, though neither was particularly great. Amenities were minimal—no restaurant or gift shop, just a Coke machine and ice at the end of the hallway. Cokes were $3. Checkout was smooth, and the desk staff was very helpful. However, the airport shuttle didn’t start until 5 AM, so I had to call a taxi. I was told the night before that taxis were quick to respond, but that turned out to be false. Fortunately, another guest had reserved a cab (something I was advised wasn’t necessary), and when they didn’t show, the driver took me to the airport quickly for $15. Overall, I got some rest, showered, and had a decent stay. It was an average experience. If you have an early morning flight, I’d recommend getting an Uber.

The hotel is right in the highway, well located, and close to the airport. The rooms are big and clean. Nice free breakfast.

We only stood there one evening, and it was very close walking distance to shopping Center and restaurants. I would not recommend it for an extended stay. But it was ideal for the one night we were there breakfast in the morning was enjoyable wasn’t bad at all
