Hotel shuttle was not working and we had to pay for our own transportation to the hotel. Breakfast provided was shorted food so the options to eat were very restricted. According to the staff working that day this was normal.

This place is terrible. The breakfast was serviced by one employee and I counted 76 people in the dining area at 8:15AM. Needless to say it was a disaster and out of food. The rooms and hotel were in very run down condition, the bed sucked. Check out was at 11, a guy with a clip board actually knocked on our door at 10:45 asking when we were leaving the room. Parking was almost $50 for the night. Should I keep going or is that enough to understand what a dump this place is?

We got to the hotel early, but was not allowed to get out room till after 3 pm check in. Then I wanted some coffee in the morning but had to wait till after 7 when breakfast opened up. Most best Western we been at has coffee all day and allow you to check in a little early!

1. Not as clean as you would expect. Especially the towels. My room was dusty. 2. It's okay for just a night. 3. Breakfast room is very crowded. Not much of a food choice. Scrambled eggs, rice, sausage, yogurt, pancake, cereal, orange, coffee, juice, milk, toasts, and muffins. It might be enough for some people. 4. If you need to spend a night near the airport, it will do the job. Other than that, I'm not too sure about staying longer. 5. Instead of paying 40 dollars for a parking over night, per night, park on the street behind the building.

The front desk told me to stay at column 11 area at first so that I missed the shuttle. Then I made a call again and she told me to stay at 17. I wait for more than half an hour for the shuttle. After I check in, I cannot open the room with the key. Even the maintenance comes, he cannot fix it.
