This 30th-floor condo sleeps up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding door and includes one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. A pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination is accessed through the bedroom.

The bright, open layout includes air conditioning via a window AC unit, a 42 inch HDTV with standard cable, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day out. Large windows frame ocean and mountain views, creating an airy indoor-outdoor feel. Fast wifi - 214 Mbps, verified by speed test - and an Ethernet connection support streaming and remote work.

Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
