Great property in the heart of downtown. Very comfortable beds and lots of nice touches in the room. The gym is a training facility and the nicest gym I have used at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the most amazing places i have ever stayed. The staff, I cannot express to you how amazing and nice the staff were. I did not meet a single person here that was such an amzing person and they were busy. It was such a good experience I cannot wait to come back and give them more of my money cause ever single cent was worth it by the customer service we recieved. 100 out of 10 stars...i Highly, HIGHLY, recommend this place if you are going to stay in Grand Lake

Impressed with the hotel. I have stayed in every chain hotel there is and this is one of the only ones that has had a wireless charger. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great when we checked in. Loved the location and the property. Dinner was also fantastic.
