People not staying at hotel, had a pool party and were very noisy. Had to check out early due to emergency at home and was charged by expedia $109. And the hotel charged me an extra $50. I never even laid in the bed. Was at dinner with family when i got the emergency call. Only seen my room one time for 5 mins and never seen it again. Went to hotel, checked out and drove home for 3 hrs. This was not fair.

My only bad thing to say is BREAKFAST. Again this morning the sausage was burnt and the breakfast potatoes were not cook all the way. Everything else is great. But a free breakfast,if that’s free just don’t serve at all

I stayed here three nights. The last night I sat on the couch for a bit and was bitten by bugs that eventually woke me up. They gave me a new room in which the fire alarm kept going off. I am having an allergic reaction to the boys and required medical attention. I would like to discuss reimbursement and paying for hospital visit.

Air conditioner didn’t work worth a crap. Lady at the breakfast area on Saturday and Sunday was rude. The lady on Sunday was very nice though. Pool wasn’t clean. The otterman was peeling soooo bad the peelings got on everything in the room. It was all in our bed. Couldn’t get clean towels from the housekeeper unless I walked downstairs. I wasn’t happy at all with this stay!

They charged my credit card double. Once by Hotels.com, once by the hotel. I spoke with registrations at the hotel and they said they would send me an email. I'm still waiting for the email.
