My only complaint and it's just me nip picking, wish they had Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. Instead of just direct tv. But other than that it was a great stay. Will come again.

nice simple hotel

This is a nice little hotel, easily reaching Katy and Cinco Ranch. This is not a luxury hotel, but has all the amenities you would want. Breakfast, a little shop for snacks, a work out area, and is pretty quiet. Nice carts for moving your stuff in and out. No charging on site for your car, but there are close Tesla chargers.

Not Good.

Not sure where all of the amazing reviews are coming from. We accidentally booked here after a previously not so great experience and this time was even worse. Our room key wouldn't work each night that we returned to our room. We had to go downstairs to get a new key. Of the four nights we stayed, housekeeping never came to freshen beds. Trash was emptied so we know they came. They just left everything else unattended, even though we tried our best to tidy each morning before we left for the day. There was dried up pasta (not from us) on the floor and there was make up smudged on the sheets. We needed fresh sheets one night after housekeeping had failed to freshen the bed, even though we pulled the sheets down. They made us come down for them. Each morning they we left and each night that we returned, there was no one at the front desk. Housekeeping and customer service are majorly lacking. I am by no means high maintenance and am pretty forgiving, but this is one of the worst, if not worst, hotel experiences we've had in several years. If any of this matters to you, I'd find a different hotel.

The only thing that would’ve made it better is having more towels than just two. I used one for my hair and one for my body so my husband had to use mine.
