Due to delayed flight, our check-in was very late, to be welcomed in by "Ben's Smile" he made it smooth, quick & easy so we could get to our room for rest, he also wasted no time informing us with the issue through TSA he helped with a time frame that was best to check-out & head to the airport the following day.
Next day we came across Mz Paula such a beautiful spirit, a warm person who lights up the room, she also went out of her way to help us out with info for a last minute shopping spree before our 14hr flight home
These sort encounters with Ben & Paula are the definition what real customer service looks like, they are both genuine people who CARE, the Golden Rule "Treat people the way you want to be Treated" they both put us in such a good mood we would stay here again and recommend to family/friends, definitely deserve a promotion and are a asset to the Courtyard of Marriott Houston Intercontinental Airport, please with very much appreciated thank them both for us
