I had a rm reserved and when I got to the front desk, the lady said check-in wasn’t until 3pm. It was 1:45. I explained that I am disabled with an IV line in my chest-I showed it to her. I needed to hook up to my IV medication and needed a wall plug to run the IV pump. I asked her if I could pay extra to check-in early. She said no. After I explained that I have an IV in my chest and that was why I needed access to the rm, she replied, “I understand, no you cannot check in early”. She had a blank, careless face. She didn’t care about anything. I told her I had a non refundable reservation. She wasted NO TIME to cancel my reservation-as she said, “Don’t worry, I just cancelled it for free”. I will not stay at ANY location of this establishment ever again. Ever.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.the room however needed little fixtures. I had to change rooms due to the television not fully functioning.my husband and I had to move to another room where the shower head was hanging.The drinks at the bar were really good .the breakfast was mediocre not worth the price.Overall the stay was ok room was clean .

The suite I booked was sold out so I had to get a regular room. Which set off a lot of things I had planned for the weekend. I chose that hotel because of the 1 bedroom suite. The bathroom had a couple brown roaches. Staff was great
