The wallpaper in bathroom nearby the shower was ripped open. You can see black mold underneath it. When I reported it and showed the picture, the staff behind the counter told me that they couldn’t fixed it until I checked out. I told her that they have to get it fixed immediately
They used staples to close the opening. Also only one elevator was working. I mentioned the morning crowdedness to staff. The staff told me that they have reported to the elevator company and the crowdedness happened only in that morning.
