Clean room. Staff was nice enough. The evening desk women didn’t seem very happy, but maybe just having a difficult night. The water wasn’t working in the morning, most likely weather related, So we couldn’t shower. And unfortunately I found out after using the bathroom. But that was no one’s fault. Overall glad to be there and not driving home from airport on icy roads. It was clean, comfy, and warm and breakfast was good.

Room was clean and updated. Comfortable average beds. Upstairs room park close to the pool, Elevators are at that end. Pool and hot tub was operational and looked very inviting however did not use. Breakfast was great, many options in the breakfast room to choose from. 5sa

Room had a big stain on the carpet, air conditioner was not working at all. Because we arrived late, there was no desk agent at the desk when we went to voice our concerns. Only a “we’ve stepped away and we’ll be right back” sign but no one ever came. The water dispenser was not working in the lobby. Just seemed like Hampton Inn needs a refresh. I would not recommend recommend this hotel
