The room was fine. The heated pool was not heated and later closed due to the broken heater. Breakfast not great. No pancakes/waffles. Same scrambled eggs and sausage over and over. Very loud air conditioner. Street noise was loud. Barking dogs.

For the price, it was fair condition. The bathtub was so slippery and when I told the manager in duty that night, Vanessa, that the bath tub is really slippery and asked if they have a rubber mat for the bathtub because the slippery bath tub is dangerous and can cause accident. She just said that they don't have rubber mat. Not showing any concern or a slight sense of courtesy that I told her the bath tub is slippery and might cause accident ,people might accidentally slip and fall and they might be liable. Instead she just ignorantly say "Just be careful". The headboard on the bed is also peeling and when I woke up in the morning, there were black flakes all over my bed and pillows. I was confused where those black flakes coming from and later realized it's from the headboard that was peeling. I won't come back to this hotel.

Pleasant stay at a busy corner

Friendly, helpful staff. Loved the room service. Lots of walkable food options. And the place next door has amazing “lunch” deals every day from 11 to 4. (Early dinner, anyone?)
