Great stay. The hallway was very hot. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Needs to be updated. It is a little outdated but works well.

When this was Drury Inn, it was ok. Now there are people sleeping outside in their cars and there are homeless-ish people around the property where I would not feel safe letting my kids out of my sight. Has really dropped off bad! Would not stay here again.

Customer service is key in every situation. The staff acted put-off by any little request. The fish does rot from the head down, and the front desk manager has her staff trained not to bother her. When she is made to be available, she is condescending and un-accommodating. Perhaps because I was dressed so casually, she took me for someone with no sense or importance, but she lost this property approximately $10,000 by not accommodating one small request that was due to an un-avoidable one-day change of plans. She acted like she “couldn’t” do it. As a previous administrator for IHG, I know how false that is. Terrible service!! Our company and its employees will not return.
