Don't check in late

I checked in late, and the Hotel gave another guest my room. So, they put me in a King bed and a roll-away bed. When I paid for a double bed and needed the double beds. I told the clerk that was not going to work. I asked her if there would be room for a playpen and she stated that she didn't think so. So again, I told her that was not going to work. Apparently, that's all they had so I made it work.

They didn't have the room type that I reserved and paid for available. Staff was rude at check-in when i asked about the room type. Room was musty and there was hardly any water pressure in the tub/shower.

The stay was fine, but somewhere between me making the reservation and arriving, we got a handicap room. All of us are at least 5'8" and the shower flooded the bathroom and the shower head wasn't tall enough. Make sure at check in that the room you chose is the room you get before going up.

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom however smelled of mildew and the shower stall leaked water all over the floor into the hotel room doorway. The staff was very nice.

Got there little passed 4:00 pm , then waited hour and a half to be checked in..Tv not working called front desk said they’ll send someone to fix it, nobody showed up called them , they said nothing and stopper at the bathtub doesn’t stay up, so you have to hold it up to let the water drain..terrible place, not coming back next time I’m in the area…
