Great location for Cheddars and Constellation Field. The only issue we had was the guests in the room next door were loud and slamming doors until 3am in the morning. Otherwise everything was great! This was our 3rd stay with you and we will be back!

Communication break down at the front desk!

We came to Sugarland for a concert at Smart Financial center and the hotel front desk said that the shuttle will take us and pick us up after the concert. The concert was over at 10:45pm. We called the front desk for a pick up and you said the shuttle service stops at 10:30pm. Now tell me WHY no one said that to us when we asked twice before we left to the concert. We were stranded at the concert venue trying to get a ride back to the hotel. Took us so long to get a ride back! Your hotel should have told us about the cut off time for shuttle service. We were so disappointed in the communication at the front desk. Upsetting!
