My stay was very exceptional everything about my stay was amazing it was relaxing peaceful the room was comfortable, spacious shuttle service in a 2 mile radius was nice to have. Front desk was nice asked for a microwave and when I came back it was in there nothing bad to say. Will be back

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had great food and the portions were acceptable for the price. The bed was comfy and clean. Unfortunately, the room had some issues that were deal breakers for me and cleanliness was one. The pool was filthy and had so much chlorine you couldn't see through the water. The staff was very responsive and promptly addressed all issues I reported. The best thing about this place was the staff.

I was on a tight schedule and when i arrived the front desk told me there would be a wait cause the room wasn't cleaned yet. They could have waived my valet parking or even just apologized. This would be the only thing i want happy with. The bartender was great and friendly

The first day we arrived there was no water or AC for over 24 hours!!! I had to wash up with water bottles, and they didn’t want to give me that. It was so hot omg. The customer service was horrible. They said they will comp me 1 day but they didn’t. Horrible hotel and will never go there again. If I can give 0 stars I would..

Hotel had no water. We had to book another hotel they promised to refunf through expedia and i have not heard back from them ir aexpedia. We had 5 rooms nooked. Stayed there for a few hours without water. When we spoke to the front dest they advised us to change hotel as they were not sure when they would have the wayer back. Please send my refund as promised ASAP.

Nice property. Convenient location between restaurants and shopping. Galleria mall in walking distance. Our toilet wasn’t working properly and maintenance quickly resolved the issue. My only main concern was I expected more of the room for what I paid which is probably an Expedia issue more than it is the actual hotel. I paid for premium and basically got a standard room which I will dispute with Expedia directly. Overall great stay!
