This was an amazing stay. From the moment my flight got canceled I contacted the front desk manager - BRITNEY! She is a remarkable manager that made the best accommodations for me even though I was late for checking. I communicated with her and she made sure my stay was protected. Excellent stay, the breakfast buff was delicious, the waffles , fruits, bread everything I ate there was fresh. I also, got a $25 voucher (for my stay) to buy snacks from the hotel store and enjoy my flight back to NYC 🗽. Thank you ASHLEY, another amazing staff member - they have Free laundry services - ya’ll and the stay feels like a 4Star HILTON HOTEL! This was beautiful and thank you 🙏 ♥️💕 So glad I chowed this hotel, from Expedia.
