The first room we were put in the the top wouldn't work and did not have warm water however I give them credit they moved us to another room immediately which we were very happy with.

The room was spacious and nice, the breakfast very good for American standards. The staff is friendly and we had a good experience overall. The cook who makes the omelet keeps using his mobile phone with the gloves with which he also touches the food directly and keeps money (his tips) on the table - this is not hygienic at all so please give this feedback to all your staff working with food.

Courteous staff, clean room, easy check in and out. However, the bathroom had no ceiling light and it was dark, plus the adjustable shower head had been installed incorrectly to the wall pipe and it could only be aimed sideways while showering below it, making it hard to shower. Good experience in restaurant.
