Staff has been pleasant. Guy at front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in. Bar and restaurant is nice and convenient. Honestly my only complaint would be the hallways were very hot and the carpet looks dirty. I totally understand it's a busy hotel in proximity to the airport so it gets alot of business. My room is clean and comfortable, bathroom is a bit small with an old style tub shower but overall it's still a nice hotel and worth the money. I will stay here again if the circumstances come up.

The room and facilities were clean but old repairs in the bathroom weren't done well and it made things look somewhat dilapidated. There were also some adult soccer (?) teams in the facility which significantly contributed to the noise level. This was especially bothersome because it was almost midnight and the teams were still going strong noise-wise. Didnt make a great restful environment for the remaining guests in the building. Otherwise, a clean, close place to sleep before catching a flight.

In the listing for this hotel it is stated that a buffet breakfast is available for free. This is not the case, when I asked they said I was not eligible and I would have to have a voucher. When I acquired at the front desk about obtaining your voucher they said I was not eligible for a free buffet breakfast. Also anything you buy from the on-site food or snack shelves is extremely expensive. A small bag of peanuts cost close to $5. That's absolutely ridiculous!
