I booked this hotel for the convenience of the airport shuttle… I WISH it was made very clear that the shuttle only stops at terminals A and C of the airport. I waited almost an hour for the bus at a different terminal, with no way to contact the hotel. The website makes no mention of these conditions, and no communications after the booking stipulate this either, unfortunately. I instead paid a lot of money for an uber. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff upon check in, she just said “well it’s on our website or you could’ve called us.” I recommend updating the website with these instructions or make it more clear how to contact you via WhatsApp (for those coming international that do not have phone service). I had no idea. The rooms were decently clean, but smelled musty like mold. The amenities like the restaurant, pool and recreation areas are all very nice.

The hotel was surprisingly sparkling clean and well maintained. We had a couple of challenges upon arrival and the staff was helpful and took care of us. We wished we had a longer stay, the game room and restaurant looked great if we had more time to enjoy them. getting into the hotel was a bit confusing, as all the entrances (but one) to the parking lot were gated shut, forcing us to drive around the block. But all in all, a small inconvenience in an otherwise very comfortable overnight stay before our trip out of IAH!

Over Night in Houston

24hrs shuttle pickup and return to the airport on the half hr. Great sized room complete with microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, resteraunt on site, it was not to my liking, however, there's a store like area in the lobby selling frozen dinners and dry soups and other items to enjoy I your room,the pool is out doors but without a hot poolor jacuzzi..would definitely stay again!

Stayed here due to airport delays. I actually felt sorry for the staff. They were nice but property is a little run down and area is sketchy. Also most of the people coming in to the hotel were already mad about the airport. Stressful I’m sure.

I stayed at the property for a week and it was absolutely terrible. I check in at the front guest and the employee was extremely rude and snarky. I enter my room, my AC didn’t have a thermostat and once I asked where I can locate it they had to ask around just to figure out. The sheets were stained, the towels and wash cloths were dirty. Stuff in the room wasn’t functioning. Then the best part was when I asked for water and the employee at the desk asked for my ID. This hotel is in Houston there should be free water and ice for all guests in this weather. Once we called to complain about all this we were only given a voucher for one drink at the bar. There were four of us staying at the hotel. All in all my experience was terrible and will not be coming back
