The hotel its self was all in all good friendly staff. The management not so much. Our car got broken in to on the first night there in valet parking. And they did nothing to try to help the situation. Or make it easier for us. Very disappointed.

The room was very nice, but the staff seem poorly trained in customer service communication. I requested an extra 30 minutes to get my things together, and I was flatly told to vacate the room for another guest—with no courtesy or professionalism. Even if the request couldn’t be approved, it could have been handled more politely ,front desk should be trained.
