Quick trip….valuable

Great hotel, not a lot of seating for breakfast and no one refilled breakfast items when they were empty (coffee, beverages). Valet was overpriced considering we could see the car from the hotel. Valet was $59.00 self parking was $20.00, no advertisement for self parking.

Booked my stay for 2 nights. Upon arrival and checking into my room I noticed that the privacy blinds were not closed all the way. I call the front desk immediately to request assistance as I noticed they were stuck. Was told they would send maintenance by my room to assist. No one showed up. On my way out for the night I requested again someone stop by my room to close the curtain as I did not want to damage anything and was ask did I already speak with someone about this issue. I stated I did upon getting to my room after checking in and was told someone would come help. She stated she did not see a work order in for my room. I ask that one be made. I returned again to the blind still not being fixed and staff that claim they do not see a work order for the issue I kept submitting. Outside of that. Room was fairly decent, housekeeping did not touch up my room once in the days I was there. More than likely would not book at this location in the future.

Great Astro Trip

Such an excellent choice for our trip to see the Houston Astros. Parking was a breeze (though a bit pricey for valet of $52) and valet staff were helpful with luggage. Our room was spotless, bed was comfortable and all was very quiet. We walked to the Astro game which was an easy 6 blocks. Breakfast offered a wide assortment of favorites: cereal, fruit, bacon, eggs, muffins and more. My only improvement would be to open it until 9:30 as lines were long between 8:30 - 9:00 on weekdays. I would definitely stay here again.

Take Me Out to the Ballpark

My husband and I traveled to Houston to catch an Astros game. The valet meets you in front of the hotel making impossible parking carefree. We were pleased with our room and the amenities available. In particular to our goal, the hotel is an easy walk to the stadium with a great selection of restaurants. It was perfect with exception of the Astros losing.

I had a wonderful stay at this location. The room was extremely clean and very pretty. I felt very comfortable here. The location was cool because you can walk to bars and restaurants. But please be aware that it is downtown. And you can imagine the things that come with that.
