Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a 2 night stay, and we arrived around 11:30pm.
When we got into our room, we found that it was in absolutely terrible condition, dust everywhere and the toilet seat was yellow, feces on it. My partner tried to clean it, to see it was a stain, but it was all coming off when wiped with toilet paper, which was disgusting.
I also have a severe dust allergy, and we had told the hotel about this with the booking and they obviously didn’t care.
We called the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it. When I asked if they can give us a different room, he took us to another room, and that was even worse! The toilet was disgusting!
So we checked out of the hotel, at 11:55pm, and thankfully found a booking at another hotel. Since this has happened, I have tried to get in touch with a manager to make a complaint so this not happen to anyone else. But everyone has been giving me the run around - every day it’s a different excuse regarding why the manager is not in. I have sent multiple emails as well and no response.
And of course they have told me that I cannot get a refund - even though we were literally in the hotel for a total of 15 minutes before we left!
Absolutely terrible! I would suggest no one to stay at this hotel. There are a million better options. It’s a joke that they call themselves 5 star!
