I booked this hotel for its closeness to the Formula 1 track at Albert Park and it was great. The easy access to the tram either to the city or for entrance options for the track was excellent. The staff however need to be informed of what is happening with special events and more about Melbourne to support their customers. I was given incorrect information twice. The parking underneath is easy & a fair rate just make sure how the ticketing works is explained correctly. The room was clean & neat and very comfortable.

The room I had at The Kinson was well-equipped hotel room with fridge, microwave, diswasher etc. The location out of the CBD is excellent and trams stop outside the door regularly so access to everything is easy. I had to change my reservation due to flight cancellations - the staff were very helpful. The Italian restaurant on the ground level was very popular and there are several cafes serving good coffee within easy walking distance.

Mid St Kilda Road comfortable accommodation.

Overnight stay near observatory- only a short walk away. Room was really comfortable and well priced (included a kitchenette too!) It is a bit 'in the middle' between city and St Kilda. There are no cafes open nearby on weekends, if you want to eat onsite, you need to 'order in' via delivery service. Easy parking, great views.

It is a lovely hotel, in a location convenient to restaurants, cafes and trams/buses. We stayed in the studio balcony room, it was neat, tidy with modern decor. The bathroom could do with a bit of repair work, there was nothing major, but enough to make it look a bit tired.
