The customer service makes it all the reason I would return. The room had stains here and there on the carpet and furniture and there were some food items left in the fridge but otherwise it was clean and tolerable.

The location is good, easy to access to I10 and restaurants. Only issue with me is the sound proof of rooms. I can hear quite clearly of the sounds from the neighbor rooms

The staff at the front desk are rude, unwelcoming. Their service feels like they are doing a favor to me instead of treating with hospitality. In more than one ocassion staff were talking amongthelseves or on their cellphones very loud with no respect to the guest. I also saw one time one of the receptionist person having a full plate of food and soda in her desk. It nearly feel like been in a cheap motel.Hyatt management team should be looking more closer on this.
