Had a quick overnight layover I was pleasantly surprised at how new and clean the rooms were. Late night office gentleman was very friendly and accomodating Took free shuttle to airport

WARNING: this place has a 3pm check in time and enforces it strictly. I arrived shortly after 11am after a long flight and was refused access to my room unless I paid an additional early check in fee. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels worldwide. While strict check in times occasionally occur at very busy resort destinations, this is the first instance in which a hotel has clearly withheld an available room for the purpose of extracting an additional fee. For this reason alone, I will not return. There are many hotels around the area to overnight between travels, it will be one of them.

Unable to understand/hear front desk clerk when calling for shuttle which not only took 30 mins, refused to take 6 of us & told to wait for the next one which came about 10mins later & driver never got out to help load bags! Van “forgot” to pick up in the am. B’fast was a bare minimum carb fest No rest at night due to traffic noise,loud late night guests whistling & banging bags up staird

They say that they have a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle is only every hour and stops at 11PM. This was a bad surprise as I had to take the taxi both ways.

Room was in good condition. However room did smell odd and one of beds were very squeaky, so would make a lot of noise even with little movement. Hotel was close to other amenities in the area.

The room was in good condition. The staff was OK. but it said there was a shuttle service and that’s why we chose this hotel. In fact, the shuttle service was not working so we spent an extra $30 when we could’ve just got a different hotel closer with a shuttle.

The man at check-in was nice. The room was clean, but very basic. There were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen or cups to use in the microwave. Breakfast was very minimal in a room with two tables. The location was very convenient to the airport and the subtle pick up was good.
