Hotel was good, but internet was not working and when I brought this up was made to feel like it was my issue as they were ‘completely booked’ I tried different devices and it was definitely on their end as it worked the next day. But it is pretty hard to work without internet. Also interesting that if you went to a restaurant and they only provided part of your meal they would at minimum offer a discount, but the hotel did nothing. I feel it could have been handled/ communicated better

The room and hotel was basically brand new and sparkly clean. It was in a great quiet location within walking distance to a handful of stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, however we did have difficulties with transportation to and from the airport as we were travelling with a young child and had to pay over $100USD for a 10 minute ride to the airport as very few options for car seats as the hotel does not provide a shuttle service and refused to reimburse us as we couldn’t not use Uber.

The property is nice and clean, small but well equipped room with comfortable bed, good tv, kitchenette had 2 burner stove dishwasher fridge/freezer, and microwave. Parking at the front is very limited, and breakfast was basically non existent when I went down with an hour left in the timeframe and no refill on any of the offerings.
