Love staying at this hotel for the location to the shopping center. Hotel needs lots of maintence love. In the bathroom the light wasnt fully attached. The baseboard next to the bed needs to be nailed back. Huge stain on the carpet. The pool area needs to be resurfaced and painted. So much hope. Since last time they have redone the bathrooms and other upgrade. So maybe other things are in the works. Not the hotel I remeber going to a few years back.

I've stayed at Hotel HB before. It's a nice facility. Employees are friendly. Bella Terra across the street for dining options. Area is clean and well maintained. I will certainly return to Hotel HB.

This hotel is very outdated. Many things need replaced or fixed. I even ripped a new dress on a piece of metal That was bent sticking out off the back of the desk chair. That was frustrating. I don’t even know it was there because I had my jacket hung over it most of the time. However, the staff was nice and the beds comfortable. And the location is pretty great. Only 20mins straight shot down to the beach.

Cleanliness

Specific elevator #3 is odor badly. Smelt someone had threw up in there. In the whole time staying there when we use elevator the #3 is active and we notified service desk personnel.
