Hotel lobby is nice, rooms are ok. However we booked to spend a layover between flights by the pool and without warning there were very noisy gardening/construction works around the pool. When I asked staff for alternative outdoor places to sit or for a refund there were extremely unhelpful. Even when I contacted Accor customer services they were terrible. See video below re extent of the noise.
