Got stranded in Indy due to snow so decided on this hotel as it included: airport shuttle, gym, restaurant, and was reasonably priced. The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were so kind. Overall, I would not stay long here or I would choose elsewhere next time for the following reasons: —My room was not very clean. There was curly pubic hair in the bathroom, the cover to the water heater was loose so there was this dark gaping hole in the wall in front of your bed, the tabletops were not clean. —The restaurant staff were 0/0 awful. Little to no service, inattentive, forgot about my order etc… I eventually moved over to the bar, and was ignored for a while. Two guys sat at the bar after me and they were spoken to first and immediately served. Was it because I was asian? I don’t know but overall the service was 0/5, the wine glass was dirty, and the food is. 2.5/5.

The room was cold. I changed the thermostat to heat and set to 75 degrees and it was still cold. We slept with layers of clothing. The drain in the sink was also stuck. It wouldn’t open. We had to spit in the toilet and use the bathtub faucet. I didn’t want to call maintenance because it was late at night and I didn’t want anyone coming to the room.

Just wonderful!!! The engineer/houseman was so kind!!!! (Older gentleman with a salt and pepper beard… I’m horrible with remembering names) he made my daughter and I feel welcomed and cared for upon our departure. Thank you!

The room was clean, but seemed a bit dated, especially the bathroom. The room I stayed in had a very noticeable draft coming in through under the curtains. Because it was so cold outside, the room HVAC was not able to warm up the room. Jenny at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful with everything i needed. Overall nice hotel, and would stay again.
