We had some confusion about out Expedia booking at check-in. We had chosen to pay them directly. The helper had to call a supervisor over for advice. We ended up with a room and the keys worked. Then, the wifi didn't recognize us as in that room and the keys didn't work at 1am as we entered after a concert. They promptly issued new keys which did work. Then, checkout said that management said our stay was free. Great, because they had gouged due to C. Stapleton concert a mile away. We saved 600$.

Everything was very clean. The breakfast selection was excellent. Our only issue was that the bathroom door handle and toilet paper holder were broken but that did not really cause any problems.

Upon arrival I found out the room I had booked was not available (1 king suite) and was given a two room two- queen instead. Upon arriving on the 4th floor where my room was located, I was immediately hit with the smell of dog urine and cheap carpet shampoo, which permeated the entire hallway. There were burned out electrical sockets down the hallways as well. Getting to our room, you had to force the door open as it stuck in the jamb, as well as push it closed real hard or else the it wouldn't secure. The room was a lot more cramped than what I was looking for in my original booking, and the sleeping arrangements were not ideal as we had been expecting a king bed. They refused to give me another room. The pool was over chlorinated as well. The one redeeming quality was the free breakfast buffet, which was everything a buffet should be, including an omelet station.

My stay at Embassy Suites Noblesville was great! The hotel was spotless, and the room was absolutely amazing. We arrived late — around 3 a.m. — and the front desk staff was friendly, informative, and made us feel so welcome despite the hour. The location is super convenient, right off the freeway, with plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay at this location again!

Beautiful hotel, but…

Beautiful hotel! Everything was great except for the uncomfortable mattress and most of all, the fact that we could clearly hear inside our room the conversation of the people next door to us. And they were not yelling. It seemed like the sound was traveling through the A/C vent at the top of the wall in our room. Fortunately, they were not up all night.
