We had pre-booked this stay, but when we arrived, there was no one at the desk to give us keys to our room. We waited a full 15 minutes and called the hotel several times fro our phones at the front desk before someone finally showed up. We had to resort to yelling at the front desk to arouse an employee. Earlier in the day I had called the hotel to see if there were vacancies and I was told that there was only one room left. When we arrived at 7:30 PM, the hotel was virtually empty.

Easy access off highway I-90 (exit 57). Property behind the Holiday Inn looked super sketch and had police presence when we first arrived. Shower and tub could use a deep cleaning, as the grout is disgustingly dirty and corners seem ignored. It looked like the shower curtain rod has been ripped down before, the shower head had uneven water flow, and there were STRANGE markings above the bathroom sink. Bed was great, breakfast was average, front desk staff were excellent, but for the price I expected the property to look less dated and the room (especially the bathroom) to be sparkling.
