Only 2 issues with this stay. When I went to take my shower. The drain took forever to empty in the tub. And at breakfast the sausage links didnt look fully cooked and the sausage patties looked microwaved. Other than that. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

When we walked into the room, there was fecal matter on the front of the toilet seat. We called to ask someone to clean it and they said they’d send someone. Meanwhile, my poor wife had to use the restroom very badly after a long drive. They then called 5 minutes later asking what was wrong with the toilet seat… so I had to re-explain myself. They responded with “well that’s odd because the room was inspected”… which is even more concerning… when the staff member came in, he was mortified. He immediately cleaned the stain, but then another staff member came in and they started speaking in another language (knowing we speak English)… and shortly after tried to tell us that it was just the divider where the seat comes together, even though I just watched him clean the fecal stain and it was gone after we left. I think we know the difference! They just wanted to cover their butts! Endless dust in the vent van, stains on the ceiling, children playing floor hockey loudly until 10pm… we complained and the manager at least gave us a $100 credit, but we would like a full refund. There was no urgency at all in most of the staff… nor did they really apologize for any of it. It was almost like they were used to this… I would never stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff were kind and welcoming. The air conditioning and heat in the room was easy to adjust. The breakfast was cold and subpar both days we stayed.
