A vacation paradise! Beautifully decorated and recent kitchen renovations combine to make this a relaxing and zen like coastal retreat. One bedroom, oceanfront condo on the second floor. This second story one bedroom Sea Cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa bed in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Private balcony with ocean, beach and pier views. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, full size stainless steel appliances and bright white cabinetry. We provide all linens and one bath towel per guest. Wall mounted flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Private access to beach, fishing pier (you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.), community beach front pool, and laundry facility round out this vacation condo.

*No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or an app on your phone.
We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

2023 update: This sea cabin was just completely painted including doors and trim!

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

Robert was great. Replied to messages very quickly. We had an AC issue and he made it right. Nice view of the ocean. Walking distance to bars and Jeff’s bagel run. Not a fancy place, but a great location. We enjoyed ourselves.

Great stay! Great location. Have stayed at Sea Cabins for years. First time staying in this particular unit. The Condo was great but could use a new mattress for the bed (worn) in the near future. Overall great time!

Be prepared to have a horrible sleep for the whole stay. We had to go out and buy blow up mattresses because the beds were so bad. They have very little if you plan to cook in as far as condiments , which was not something we were use to but luckily we had packed stuff with us. They didn’t have sharp knives for food or even scissors to cut things open. One outlet didn’t work so we had to move the toaster to another side. I would say if you stay here you need to bring your house with you otherwise you’re buying things just to cook or even sleep decent. I feel like because the location is so good the owners don’t care to make it pleasurable to stay which is a shame. This was the first time I’ve stayed at a property and it had the absolutely bar minimum of everything. It wasn’t the cleanest either which we weren’t the happiest about. This property is literally only good for location. It had a beautiful view and was close to the beach.

Needs a little TLC

I have stayed at a few units and unfortunately this unit I would not return to as first choice. Walking in, the smell of smoke/musk come from the living room. The floor was not clean as most units, and the patio was not swept. While checking for a broom to take care of it myself, the broom is really old and smooshed (unusable in my opinion). There was a tiny broom/pan but it is the size of my young kids. If the property owner would replace the broom, replace the couch (smell), and maybe replace the pans with even Walmart blue diamond set, it would really make a difference in this unit.

The condo was clean, well stocked, and a good value. The pull out couch bed is old and could use replacing. The living room fan shakes and rattles on high speed. Other speeds are fine. The master bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. Chairs on the covered porch are comfortable too. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo - Busy Beach

The condo itself was great, clean and just as listed. Communication with the owner was easy, and check-in was a breeze. Plenty of parking at the complex. The kids loved the built-in bunk beds. Our bed wasn’t the best for two adults, the middle was kind of sunken in, so we kept rolling toward each other all night.If you’re into a lively beach scene, this place is in the heart of it. It’s right at the end of the main road leading to the beach. We were there for the 4th of July week, so it was definitely busy and full of energy. Heads up if you go during a packed week: the "IOP Beach Chair Company" sets up the whole front row of the beach super early for their customers. Then those folks trickle down whenever they feel like it, kind of like people reserving pool chairs on a cruise and not showing up for hours.

Clean with a great view

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, had a beautiful ocean view, and the management was excellent. My only complaint is that the chairs and sofa are very worn and uncomfortable. The bed was comfortable though, we would definitely stay here again.

For the price, it was amazing. The location was perfect. The room was outdated and there was sand everywhere when we got there. I tried to clean it up but the little broom that was in the closet looked like it came from a Fisher Price play set. Definitely not somewhere I would stay for a full week.

Perfect for families with young kids!

We were so impressed with this unit's cleanliness and comfort level! Even the patio furniture was clean and well-made. The couch that others have mentioned in their reviews was perfectly comfortable to sit on, although we did not use it as a bed so cannot review that. We had an 8-year-old and a 5-year-old in the hallway bunks as well as their 2-year-old brother in a pack-and-play at the foot of the bed in the bedroom. That arrangement was tight but definitely doable for a handful of vacation days. This unit is definitely upgraded and much, much cleaner compared to other Sea Cabins we've seen. Plus, the proximity to everything can't be beat. The view from the patio is lovely, and the pool was great. I was a little concerned that being on the second level would be a hassle with young kids, but it wasn't an inconvenience for us at all. We definitely appreciated the responsiveness of our host as well. Overall, we were very thankful for our accommodations during our stay!
