Beach access is a breeze, with a five-minute bike ride (included in your visit if selected using beach gear credit) or cruise with a rental golf cart. With an updated kitchen, your family will want a 307 Yacht Harbor.

The interior of 307 Yacht Harbor is delightful and comfortable. The living room features carefully selected pieces that make it easy to relax after a great day on the beach or a day of fishing in the tidal creeks that surround Yacht Harbor along the intracoastal waterway. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and a new stainless-steel refrigerator, induction range with convection oven and dishwasher. A bonus feature of the kitchen is the coffee bar. You have your choice from a simple Keurig to a full drip coffee machine with grinder and special coffee beans provided. Finally, a full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room located off of the kitchen.

When it is time to retire, you are sure to relax in the master bedroom at 307 Yacht Harbor. Featuring a king bed and a selection of pillow types the master bedroom has a spacious private bath as well as direct access to the screen porch. A second master bedroom is highlighted with another king bed and private bath. Finally, a large guest bedroom features a queen bed plus a twin, making it perfect for a family with children or three couples traveling together to the Island. - The Yacht Harbor pool is open May-September The pool is not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Yacht Harbor pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
