A cool hotel with an amazing idea and concept. Fits perfectly for families with kids with it's concept. The screen behind front desk shows cartoons and you can meet them all around the lobby. Elevator made it easy to carry our luggages. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

Lovely and clean hotel. It is in the most beautiful part of the city, right in heart of Taksim Square. Hotel manager, receptionists and housekeepers were polite and kind. A special thanks to hotel manager for making sure everything went well with our experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is located very centrally and easy access from airport. Also from hotel to worth places to see, the access is very easy with public transportation and its location. Breakfast was yummy and fresh. We would absolutely come back if we will be back to Istanbul.

Decoration of the hotel and the room were amazing. Just like its name, you can find everywhere cartoon characters and cool, tasty piano. Staff was very kind and helpful. Entire place was clean. Thanks a lot for great experience.

It is an old building, and I like that as it gjves it charm. The staff are all lovely. The elevators are extremely ineffective. I walked up right levels quicker than I could get an elevator. The breakfast is very horrible. No fruits.

Bad experience

The stay was not good at all, i booked a room and it was upgraded gratefully by the receptionist but unfortunately the ac was not working at all, it was like a sauna.. after that i got a worse option with a room with 3 small beds barely our bags were fitting.. i requested for a baby crib which was not there even there was no place if available. I had to make my baby sleep on the floor to avoid falling.. i don’t recomment this hotel as the price is high for the given rooms. On the check out, many customers were shouting complaining about the ac.

People must be honest when writing comments about hotels. Five staff at the front desk with no English very rude with attitude and hard to deal with. Very dirty rooms,hardly they change bed sheets,i stayed 14 nights and every day few things missing ,the cleaner don't really care even though i email the hotel in Turkish language to follow up,they just ignored me. They do have a problem with foreigners and never appreciate the amount of money people spend to keep them going.
