Good option with hotel shuttle. if leaving the hotel to the airport make sure you book your time for the bus, you cannot just go down and get on the bus. The bus area is outside of Terminal 2, you have to walk across the street and up a small ramp area and the buses are there. we didn't know this when we arrived so we caught a taxi outside of the airport but we took the bus for our departure so now we know. clean room, nice bathroom. room service 24/7 and when we came downstairs at 2am people were still at the bar being served drinks. good stop over hotel in between flights.

Great hotel near the airport.

I would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. The breakfast here is one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. My only slight was the room service. We ordered food to be delivered to our room and had to call down after some time to check on our order. (which was promptly delivered)

Hampton has own shuttle to Terminal 2 & 3 every hour, and the breakfast buffet is top-notch, impressive, very nice place for an overnight.

I chose this hotel because it is near the airport and it has free shuttle. When I got to the shuttle stop, I had to wait for over an hour for the shuttle to arrive, and it was supposed to run every 30 minutes. Food is not very good. Friendly staff.

Overall, this is a basic hotel that should be rated 2 star at best. The hotel did not have many amenities, and also just did not look or feel clean - especially within the rooms. The room I was assigned had visible stains on the bedding, towels, and walls (I saw some smashed bugs on the walls!) and there was also debris on the floor. The bathroom is not stocked with many toiletries, so bring your own if possible. If you are looking for a place to stay for a few hours, or overnight, or just want to be close to GRU airport, then this hotel will do the job. However, if you want to be close to the city, or are looking for something long term or more comfortable, look elsewhere.
