The hotel was clean and convenient. We enjoyed our stay and used the swimming pool. The only problems we encountered were a broken door lock that was only sort-of repaired on our request and a clogged sink that water backed up into on our last day.

All our large bath towels were wet and smelly and when we asked for replacements we were told we had to wait for an hour to wait for the shift to turn over at the front desk and that they would deliver to our room later at night, which bever happen

We had a accessible room and the washroom was well fitted out with grab bars and easy to navigate for my husband who uses a walker/wheelchair. The staff were terrific, very nice and very helpful. The one issue, which I found odd, is that there was no automatic/wheelchair button for either the door of the room or the back doors of the hotel, which made it very challenging to get into the room.

Pros: Clean hotel with nice lobby area with lots of tables. I was impressed by their breakfast. Very accessible and quick drive to anything in the city. Cons: Woken up several times by dogs in nearby rooms, no hot tub and the pool wasn't the cleanest. I highly recommend against walking to Byrne Dairy and Deli a couple buildings down, it's a hot mess.
