Great location with just a short walk to the center of town. Quiet. Wall air conditioner, a little noisy. Cleaning staff are incredibly nice. Quite expensive for this type of hotel, but you’re paying for being in Jackson hole. It really has everything you need for a great vacation, although the decor is quite dated.

The place was clean and staff was friendly. I didn’t like the lobby closed at 11. If we had gotten in 15 minutes later, they would have taped an envelope on the door with our key in it.

This cute little hotel is walking distance to everything in Jackson Hole. It’s nice, clean and the staff was very nice! Would stay here again!

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful with a major booking issue. They accommodated us perfectly and could not have been more professional or efficient. The rooms are lovely and the location was perfect. It was a wonderful stay.

There were no amenities like water in the fridge at an altitude where you need to drink water! ? You were not offered any breakfast unless you paid! No elevator or offered help to carry your bag and being a senior my bag was heavy and bulky up and down narrow stairs! I would never recommend or stay at this hotel again!

Cute little cottage at the back with a long and a queen Murphy bed. It was super nice convent and comfortable. We didn’t have to move the car unless we were going into the park. Then for obvious reason we needed to drive. Everything in the town is walking distance from this hotel.

Good Sized Room and comfortable beds. Needs some updating and TLC. Overpriced for what it is. Musty wet smell and there was trash on the floor as well as tooth paste on hand towels in bathroom. No umbrella for the patio furniture on the balcony or white privacy curtains on windows. Felt like I was in a fishbowl (room #53). Pool and Spa area were nice and clean. Front Desk staff was great!
