Bed (one mattress) was rock hard & every part of my body hurts. It feels like a box spring with wood rods. The sheets smelled so hard of bleach that I can taste it and my pj's stink. Very hard to sleep at all. Then, at 4:30am, there was a fire alarm! Scared the bejesus out of me! Impossible to really rest after that at all. Entire night was terrible. Bathroom also smelled like bleach and ? chlorine?

Being disabled i asked for the closest room to the lobby. I got the 2nd farthest room from the elevator on the 3rd floor. They have as many EV and rewards parking spots as disabled, which is 2! Nice hotel but mot vwy accomadating for the disabled.

pillows were awful and air conditioning would only allow it so low, did not sleep well because the room was warm; for $250/night, I would expect more, and the size of the room was underwhelming; I’ve stayed in less expensive hotels that were nicer.
