Just ok

Layout is great. Overall look is neat and tidy but doors had chips and marks on them. Hallways smell of string deodorizer trying to mask the weed smell. Terrible. The sofa bed the main reason we chose this property to accommodate our fifth person was old, worn out dirty mattress so thin not comfortable. My guest slept on top of sofa it was so bad and that was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty hairs from some other guest in tub. Shower curtain had someone’s bloody snot rocket on it. Breakfast had tons of options. It was good for the one night we stayed but won’t be choosing sonesta again.

Overall, fine accommodations. I only have two comments: 1. Walls between the rooms seemed very thin..... While laying in bed, I can almost entirely hear the conversation and TV coming from the couple in the room behind me 2. The living room area of the room seemed to have inadequate lighting.... Only one light near the kitchen, nothing in the center of the room, and one table lamp near the desk.... It did make for dim conditions while trying to work at the desk Other than those two very small issues, a fine property to stay at.

Wont be coming back, our room was dirty ceiling in kitchen had dust hanging from the ceiling and right over the oven! The bathroom had mold in the shower in the corners of it and there was body hair on the ceiling in the shower. The faucet head wasn’t attached to the stink in the kitchen. Shower doesn’t even get hot just warm.

We didn’t feel safe there. The property was run down. The rooms were supposedly renovated recently, but things were falling apart. The were bad smells. And it was nothing like the pictures. The one redeeming feature was the staff. They were friendly and helpful and I feel bad that they have to work in a slum.

Beware 75 per day extra pet fee

We were charged 75 extra for one night for one dog. This was never shown on hotels.com website. Room was dingy, dirty carpet, scratched and broken furnishings. Elevator was dirty and smelled. Would never go back
