The room and staff and accommodations were excellent

I reserved two rooms for a family get together a trip at Holiday World it had a great location our room was clean very comfortable the staff was friendly breakfast was basic could have used a few more fresher items but overall our stay was great

I always stay at Holiday Inn Express and they never have dissapointed me. The lady who does the breakfast area was the nicest person I have ever encountered! That lady needs a raise or some sort of acknowledgement for sure! She was lovely to talk with! Rooms as always were clean,tempersture was comfortable and cool after a long summer day,showers clean and stocked with lovely dove soaps,lotions and shampoo/conditioner.A lot of good tv channels as well.Staff is always nice and courteous.

I liked how we got main floor and by an exit to our car and front office. The one thing i didnt like was lack of breakfast options. And if there was options they tasted incredibly bland. One morning i had 2 mini donuts and a mini muffin for breakfast because that's all there really was, unless i wanted incredibly hard waffles. Otherwise everything else was fine.
