Definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area for the price. Excellent, friendly, and accommodating staff. Only downside was the breakfast on our last day when selection and service were lacking. Could of been partly our fault as we arrived for the last hour of service.

We came for 2 nights because we had never been to French Lick. The hotel was nice and comfortable. The breakfast choices left much to be desired. The first morning was sausage and eggs and the next was biscuits and gravy but no potatoes or fruit cups or even bananas . I’ve been to Beat Westerns with better breakfasts. Oh and not even hard boiled eggs. The room and bed were both comfortable. I don’t understand a card asking for tips though when no one cleans the room during my stay.

We happened to end up here during a major flooding event. The employees were wonderful. One entrance to the hotel was completely under water but there was a second so we made it. The rooms we nice and the employees were very helpful with dining suggestions (which we needed because the town was mostly closed down due to the flooding!)
