Acceptable facilities, we had a change in plans and requested a change from one king bed to two queen beds. They said they had the option available but wouldn't because we used Expedia. I offered to pay any charges but they bad mouthed the third party relationship. Not a good look.

Celeste was excellent!

The hotel was very nice. What we've come to expect. What really stood out though was the front desk clerk, Celeste. We had a somewhat difficult situation and she was very gracious and accommodating.
