Loved this hotel! My girlfriend and I got it to see NYC and the location was fantastic! Not only that but down the street is the bus station to get into the city! It’s only about a 20 min ride! Even better, the whole street has a bunch of food places like chili’s and Starbucks and even a Walmart. Our room was the double bed room on the fourth floor, super clean room with a nice bathroom mirror, no fan for the bathroom so you will get a steam room after a hot shower! Staff was fantastic as well as the free parking with staying there. Only complaints would be the set up for the free breakfast was very chaotic, they need to organize it better lots of people just standing around and the bread station was horrific if you didn’t get there early. The options were good, and the fancy coffee machine was wonderful. And the elevators were a little spooky at times with no working buttons and random drops. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and I recommend if you’re planning on going to New York City! Thanks Best Western!

Some receptionists’ English is difficult to communicate or understand. We asked whether there is any mint tea, she said she would send some to the room soon. After 20 minutes no one came and a second called was made, she sent housekeeping to deliver some quilts to our room. A third call confirmed that she did not understand what mint tea was.
We got an opened-packaged soap, dry noodles on chair and some hair as souvenirs during the stay.
