The stay was great breakfast was the same everyday sausage, and eggs but they did have the bagels and cereal so that was cool. As far as the rooms they were very clean and they came to clean our rooms everyday that we were there which was great we really enjoyed our stay.

I have been a loyal Marriott guest for years and have always appreciated the consistency in quality, cleanliness, and comfort across their hotels. I am not a particularly picky traveler—I don’t need luxury, just a clean room, a good location, and a restful night’s sleep. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, that was not the case. The mattress in my room was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. It was extremely firm, to the point where I found myself tossing and turning all night. At one point, I even considered sleeping on the couch because the springs were poking into my lower back. Typically, when I stay at a Marriott, I leave wanting to know the brand of the mattress so I can buy one for my own home. This time, I could barely get through the night. At a rate of $270 for one night, I expected a much higher level of comfort.

Traveled with my teens for a NYC trip and we spent time at the mall. Great hotel, clean, nice room, nice staff. Hotel wasn’t super quiet as there were a lot of families and our room was right outside the kitchen and bar area but we felt safe and had a wonderful trip. Being close to the mall was super nice we spent a lot of time there! Highly recommend for families with young kids and teens.
