My stay at Oakwood Premier was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, especially if you are visiting Gangnam. Being directly connected to COEX Mall made everything incredibly convenient from shopping and dining to cafés, the aquarium, and the Hyundai Department Store. You truly do not need to go far for anything. The rooms are spacious, modern, and immaculately clean with stunning city views. Having a washer and dryer in the room was such a luxury and made traveling with family so much easier. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything felt thoughtfully designed for both short and long stays. The staff was outstanding. Warm, professional, and always willing to help. From check in to concierge support, every interaction felt welcoming and seamless. The breakfast was also excellent with a generous variety of options and high quality food. The gym, pool, and overall amenities exceeded expectations and felt more like a private residence than a hotel. It was quiet, relaxing, and perfect after long days exploring the city. Oakwood Premier truly delivers a luxury experience with the comfort of home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul, especially families or anyone wanting comfort, convenience, and a top tier experience in Gangnam.

When I was in need of checking-in a bit early, they tried to accomodate my need and actually they did. They also upgraded my room for free. Staff were rally nice. Top rated. Only thing they could do better is their breakfast. It was just ok.

We stayed in a massive 2 bedroom apartment. Our teens enjoyed the freedom of being connected to a mall in a safe area with lots of shopping and things to eat. Coex has lots to offer and being underground malls, it’s a weather proof stay. Nice, helpful staff- we’d stay again.
